5. Response to Copyright Claims

• Repeat infringers may face permanent account suspension.

6. Counter-Notification (Dispute Process)

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to copyright@fotoali.net, including:

• Identification of the removed content and its URL.
• A statement under penalty of perjury explaining your right to use the content.
• Your contact information.
• Your signature.

Upon receipt, the content may be restored if the original complainant does not pursue further legal action.
